Japan's MUJI brand, famous for its simplicity, brings you a full-featured, easy to use notebook app for iPad. You can create freehand sketches and text notes, or use MUJI's handwriting recognition to have your writing converted directly into text.

MUJI even lets you add photos to your notes, then sketch or write over the top of them. When you're done, it only takes three taps to save your notes into your Evernote account.
